State of Missouri Utility Assistance Programs

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) through the Missouri Department of Social Services may be able to provide assistance through a one-time payment for primary heating bills or crisis intervention payments to prevent disconnection.

The Missouri Housing Development Commission’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) assists with housing and utility needs for landlords and renters.
