Reporting an Outage
PCEC provides 24/7 service for outages and emergency calls. After checking your fuses or breakers to make certain the problem is not in your home, please report your outage online or by phone. To report online, click the outage map below and follow the directions displayed at the top of the map. You can use your PCEC account number or phone number by using the drop down menu. You can also report an outage by calling our office at (816) 628-3121. Please be prepared to enter the primary phone number tied to your account in our phone outage reporting system.
